					<description>Hey, nice post, until WADA and the UCI work together on this issue it's going to be a little like children in the playground.  I hope that the ASO's statement before the presentation of the Tour de France was a little more meaningful than it suggets, and not just a cheap shot at Pound and WADA.  We know there is a problem in cycling, it just needs somebody to deal with it.</description>
