You could have made a similar, more helpful point by suggesting that the lightly attended event may award points and money but in some regions the
manger or local coordinator may not deem it worthy to be counted towards upgrading.</description>

					<description>So what you're saying is, after you whine about PEP placing you in the 80's instead of the 70's, you take it upon yourself to tell someone who was not speaking to you what his concerns and motivations in bike racing should or shouldn't be.  Look, some people actually do have ambition, and while they may express this in a manner that you don't appreciate, there is nothing wrong with their wanting to make the most of each race.</description>
