					<description>there was literally solid water running down the track in about 4 places at each end of the oval.  Not just a thin sheet of water but like a drain pipe outlet flowing down...  ontop of a well oiled asphalt race track with as much water as was collecting in the infield...  they probably made the right choice in canceling the race.  Folks at the track were saying phrases like "these conditions lead to busted bikes, not just busted bodies" not to mention it wasn't exactly warm and it WAS raining much much harder there than Boston.</description>
