Posted on 15 July 20144 July 2021 by cosmo

A transitional week of crosswinds, short climbs, and moderate mountains. The GC race continues to not be shaped by traditional forces, and a standout contender solidifies his lead.

Hey man! Welcome to FoCo. I have been watching your Tour videos for years. If you want to get a beer at Pitchers let me know. Nice to have the best cycling video man on the internet in my home town!

You completely missed the Tlansky/Konig crash on stage 7.

I did. Thought about it, left it out. Wasn’t great footage of it, at least on the source material I had, wasn’t a big GC moment.

Not a big GC moment in itself, but it could very well be the reason Talansky fell away so fast in the later stages. Still, I understand. There’s no good footage of the actual crash.

but the lady in the big foam hat doing a surprisingly legit job of helping Talansky sort it all out was classic.

Great! But the “iPad/iPhone/m4v” download link is giving an “access denied” message.
