The Week In Bike #43 – 7 November 2014

The cycling TV product, VeloCenter, Koppenbergcross, Bpost, Superprestige, Zonhoven, Wiggins, Hour Record, Roubaix, Motofish Coffee, teams, minimum wage, sponsors, riders, Pantani, vaporware dope case, late payout, …but yeah TV production is the problem.

Screw around with cycling on TV and you’ll risk losing Grandpa! He already is forced to mute Heckel and Jeckel broadcasts as it is. Who will be left to watch when the Spacebook generation has moved on to the next “interesting shit for 5 minutes” like the X-Games and other made-for-TV garbage sports?

He complains about cycling on Twitter at @Cyclocosm.
