Excellent vid. Couple of things. Did you see Haussler’s chain dangling as he cele’d at Aussie nats? You rarely miss that kind of curious detail. Speaking of missing something, the true criminal act at cross nats wasn’t giving the 17-18 boys a head start on the 15-16 women, it was pulling the ENTIRETY of the 15-16 women field, including the named winner, Turner Ramsay, before anyone in their field had a chance to finish.

Long, long time pro, Laura Van Guilder, posted on FB that she may not renew her USAC license over this.

Well said man! BOTH USAC & The Park System did their worst to actually treat the racers as CRIMINALS, yes, they actually declared them trespassers and were starting to arrest them. NICE !!!! So, we said. It is actually disgusting and horrid that Johnson has made hundreds of thousands, CC as well, now Strava gets on the train of the likes of Trek and others. Some things never change, like the song, “Big Wheel Keeps On Turning”

    Nice piece sir.

CTS, that’s a funny situation. It kind of makes me laugh a bit that there is hatred for CTS but not Skratch Labs. Guess Mr, er Dr Lim has better spin doctors. Maybe Carmichael should partner with Cannondale-Garmin for a year- nothing says credibility like a JV endorsement…

I actually applauded, out-loud, to this week’s TWIB. The wit and snark was on-point!!!

Awesome video, as they all are. Nice to see Carmichael back in the spotlight for the shit he pulled many years ago. He’s been way too under-the-radar regarding those juniors riders for too long.
