How The Race Was Won – 2017 Tour de France – Stages 1-9

Posted on 10 July 20174 July 2021 by cosmo

A wild first nine days, and certainly no shortage of action—though I’d obviously prefer if we’d gotten a little more of it from the riders a little less from the race jury.

Thanks again to Eurosport for the footage; you can find more on the 2017 Tour de France at their website: https://www.eurosport.com/cycling/

“Co-opertition”. I’ve got to remember that one.

So they threw Sagan out so that Demare could get a shot at the green jersey, then he fails to finish stage 9 in the cut-off.

ASO and UCI, cutting off their nose to spite their collective face.
