How The Race Was Won – Women’s Cyclocross World Championships 2015

Posted on 4 February 20154 July 2021 by cosmo

The women’s event really delivered this year—crummy weather, an unpredictable course, and most importantly, the brilliant heads-up duel that the men’s race just couldn’t quite make happen. Obviously, anytime I feel compelled to generate an on-screen counter, it’s a good sign that things are going right.

Cosmo – your efforts here much appreciated. Really! Can you suggest a few websites to make following women’s racing this season a little easier?

I know CyclingTips rolled out a new women’s section a week or two ago: https://cyclingtips.com.au/ella/

And I’ve always poached stories from Podium Cafe’s women’s category, too: https://www.podiumcafe.com/womens-cycling

Beyond that, it’s a lot of Googling, though surprisingly large numbers of races have (not particularly comprehensive) highlight vids on YouTube.

Gracias Cosmo! I must admit I don’t follow women’s cycling but you’ve advertised this one so many times it was impossible to miss. It was a pleasure to watch. So much better than many of the male races!
