Episode 45: Criterium du Dauphine
The Criterium du Dauphine is one of those races that would be better if riders actually specialized in one-week GC wins. Still, there’s plenty to talk about with Dane Cash as the impending Tour de France starts to bring storylines together.

Great stuff. Best cycling analysis available – I’ve long enjoyed cyclocosm’s in-depth and light-hearted approach to cycling coverage. Two suggestions for the podcast:
1) Loosen up. Most listeners (I suspect) are cycling fans and want opinion/speculation as much as information. You’re clearly both knowledgeable, entertaining and humorous – more of that combo, please.
2) Since HTRWW are few and far between now, how about a few recap ride shows? I would have loved to hear your thoughts and analysis of the epic Giro…
Am I the only one getting tired of the Dauphine’s TV “butt-cam” shots? I’m getting WAY more details on chamois placement than I want! Is VELON to blame for this?
It’s an ASO event, so probably not. But I haven’t really seen any footage yet, so I can’t comment to the specifics of the butt-cam.
