How The Race Was Won – Tour of Flanders 2014

Apr 7 2014

Otherwise known as the Ronde van Vlaanderen. Maybe next year I will use the actual Dutch. There were a lot of crashes, but between Greg VanAvermaet’s animation and OPQS’s over-extension, it turned into a pretty active little race.

This week’s outro music:

[iPad/iPhone/m4v or if you’re in Germany, where for some reason, YouTube can’t let you hear the music]

I much prefer Cancellara winning like this with a bit of tactical nous, rather then seeing him just ride away by himself

Just found your blog from a friend’s FB posting. Love your stuff. Fresh, articulate, pithy and knowledgeable! You made it to my Favorite bar on Safari. Only a privileged few get this honor. My new look forward to read cycling web site. Thanks!
